Mid Valley Metropolitan District is a Colorado Special District which provides water and wastewater services to the Mid Valley area of the Roaring Fork Valley including the areas of Aspen Junction, Basalt Industrial Park, Willits and Willits Town Center, El Jebel, Blue Lake, Summit Vista, Sopris Village, the Dakotas, and Cerise Ranch Subdivisions, and most recently, the Tree Farm Subdivision.
